Its a little bit late to be blogging about Add Noise Festival in Russia, especially after it happened on Sept 6, however its still nice to see what the Ruskies are up to. So far there have been 3 installments of the Add Noise Festival happening at the Federal Center of Moderm Art in Moscow. The audio from the past 2 events can be heard on Archive.org here and here. Not much of circuit bent gear after looking through the pictures, but definitely lots of laptops for sound collages.
