Karl Klomp is a bender from Netherlands who has been working on modding video mixers. I always thought that its a great idea especially cause those things can be so cheap to get. This guy seems to be applying the method of creative short circuit to the mixers with hopes of getting it to glitch up the video. This seems to be a very careful painstaking process because video signals have to obey certain vsync and hsync rules and with those messed up you just get a bunch of scrolling images. I can’t really see alot of potential there because some video mixers are still mostly analog, but some do have digital effects and the signal does get converted to the digital stream at some point if they have onboard effects. Karl has some videos on the site, however I could not get them to play. But then again with all the computer problems I’ve been having it is probably just me.
